Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires is a game released for the Microsoft Xbox 360 in the United States. It was added to iOctavio.com on 2006-07-03. The game allows the player to command armies across twenty five regions of ancient China and to use diplomacy and force to build an empire. Before each battle the player meets with a war council to set military and political policies. During battle the player can give direct orders to each officer or issue general commands to all officers on the field. The player chooses which officers to include in the attack force and can entice captives to join or expel officers from the kingdom. The title also provides control over government product development diplomacy and battle tactics with twenty five new policies bringing the total to seventy five. The gameplay is shown from a third person perspective and is classified as an adventure game.
