Observe And Report is a comedy film released on DVD in the United States. The story centers on Ronnie Barnhardt a bipolar mall security guard who is called to stop a flasher from turning a shopping mall into a peep show. When Barnhardt is unable to bring the flasher to justice a surly police detective played by Ray Liotta is recruited to close the case.
