Meet The Family is an urban comedy that takes place in an African American family’s dining room. The Rump family has congregated for dinner to meet the eldest son Humphrey’s new girlfriend Lacy. Humphrey believes he is bringing Lacy home to meet only his parents but is unaware that his siblings grandparents and other family members and friends are waiting to meet his new love. When the family meets Lacy hilarity ensues as they are not expecting a petite white female to be on Humphrey’s arm. The Rump family remains their funny and sometimes crude selves without putting on a show for Lacy. Lacy’s naiveté adds to the comedic element as even Grandma’s sexual innuendos go over her head. The family embraces Lacy as one of their own and Lacy surprises them with her own remarks. The film is categorized as a Drama and was released on DVD in the United States. The game version was added to iOctavio.com on November 17 2006.
